FLOOR 2 — Sleeps 4 max

Bedroom 2 — Sleeps 2 - Queen bed with attached full bathroom - includes flat screen tv, 2 vanities, bath tub and shower, large closets.

Bedroom 3 — Sleeps 2 - King bed with attached full bathroom - 2 vanities, bath tub and shower, closet.

Laundry room — Washer and Dryer available in 2nd floor laundry closet at top of stairs in the hallway.

FLOOR 3 — Sleeps 4 max

Bedroom 1 — Sleeps 4 - Includes a door, a work desk, 2 twin beds in the form of a trundle. Guests have private access to the entire townhome. Only the outdoor utility closet will remain locked. With chic restaurants in restored Victorian buildings, and cafes along the brick sidewalks, Germantown exudes period charm. Former warehouses contain elegant boutiques selling high-end shoes and clothing, while Nashville Farmers' Market has eclectic global eateries as well as vendors offering seasonal produce. Nearby, the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park features skyline views and monuments to Tennessee history. I would recommend driving or ride-sharing around Nashville. If you walk towards 5th Ave, you will arrive in town square which is the best walking spot in the city by far.
