It is located on the 1st floor with view from Balcony. All bedding is hotel quality standards and TV. Modern toilet with washlet. Separate bathroom & powder area. Washing machine . Ideal place to stay in Hiroshima. Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out. This 40 sqm 2 floors apartment has very good location , few mins away from the center of Hiroshima city. 2 mins walk to baseball museum. Located on the 1st floor

House comes with: + Fridge, microwave + AC/heater + Washing machine + Towel + Gas stove, cooking tools, washing detergent, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner + coffee

All the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it.

In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need. Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.
