Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a home cooked meal. That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook and have a great meal.

We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our suite very seriously. All linens are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean. Guest access Our building is located right on the New River and only a 12 min walk to Wilton Drive.

We have plenty of parking and two spots are included with your rental. (no campers, trailers or huge vehicles) You will have access to your apartment, the interior lobby of the building, gym, pool, BBQ and dock. Enjoy the safe and welcoming famed city of Wilton Manors. Just a 10-minute walk to Wilton Drive with its bevy of shops, galleries, restaurants, and bars. Easily walk one block to the new Sprouts grocery store for all your shopping essentials. This new building is located on the Middle River for stunning waterway views and Manatee sightings. You can walk to all the restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops on Wilton Drive (10-15 min walk) and Oakland Park Blvd (3-5 min). We have plenty of on free on site parking for cars. Easy drive or Uber to downtown Fort Lauderdale and the beach.

No campers, busses or big trucks permitted on site. If you would like to have an early/late check-in or a late check-out, let us know one day in advance in writing. Doing this does not ******** our approval. Our approvals depend completely on factors that are out of our control. For example, whether our maids or technicians have ample time to do their job, whether our hosts/hostesses will have ample time to perform their inspections. So, let us know as soon as possible if this is something you are interested in and we can see if it is something we can accommodate.
