Located within The Georgian Quarter - a renowned neighbourhood, home to some of the most outstanding architecture in Liverpool, this apt. is the perfect base for all!

This beautiful, colourful apartment is just a short stroll from the City Centre and near some brilliant places to visit, including, the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall!

The Georgian Quarter area is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces, ideal for those with an artistic flair.

Near the apt. you will discover many of Liverpool's finest restaurants, bars and cafés. Make sure you take a short walk to the lively Baltic Market that offers a range of delicious cuisines from various local restaurants! The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, less than 5-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town! We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
