★ POOL: A heated pool for year-round enjoyment, complemented by a rejuvenating outdoor shower. The pool in enclosed for bugs and mosquitos.

★ PARKING: Convenient driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.

★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: Packages can be left at the door; guests are responsible for retrieval.

★ PROVISIONS: Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, portable crib, toiletries, linens, and towels. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.

We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.

★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Tropical conditions with occasional native wildlife encounters. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native "visitors". We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence. Please me mindful of keeping food in the kitchen and dining areas. Full access to the entire home, we are nearby and available for any questions.

We recommend having a car as an excellent means of transportation to explore the area. You can also use ride-sharing services like Uber as a convenient alternative for getting around. Host and Keep Vacation Rentals will arrange any additional services during your stay.

Trash & Recycling Rules: All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the green bin with the lid completely closed, while the blue bin is strictly reserved for recycling. Please ensure no regular garbage is placed in the blue recycling bin, as the city will refuse pickup, and incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 fine to cover the city fee.
