Built in 1920 as Cedar Grove Baptist Church and operated under many names through the years. It has been vacant since 1986. The church has since been "saved" by Griffin Elkington who turned it in to this 4 bed/2 bath ******** all while saving the integrity of the outside stone facade.

You are only 1 mile from the Overton Square neighborhood, where you'll find more Midtown restaurants, shops, music venues, Ballet Memphis and Playhouse on the Square. At Overton Park you will find the Memphis Zoo, the Brooks Museum of Art, Overton Park Shell (famous outdoor music venue), a dog park, a golf course, a patch of woods with walking trails, as well as paved roads, and more. If you don't have a car, then uber/lyft are the only way to go.
