House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - We do not allow any pets on the furniture including the beds at night. Pets must be kept in the mudroom (laundry room) if not attended and that the guest is responsible for any damages that might occur due to pets (this allows us to not have a pet ********). - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‐in, and late check‐out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‐Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
