Upon entering our home, you'll be greeted by our staircase, which leads to the second and third floors. On the second floor, enjoy our open-concept kitchen, living room and dining area!

Directly at the top of the stairs, you'll see our fully stocked kitchen. Here, you'll find plenty of built-in storage as well as everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or baked goods. Between the kitchen and the living room, you'll find four barstools overlooking the kitchen.

Our bright, ultra-cozy living space has a gray couch, two leather lounge chairs, a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV and an entertainment center full of games. Behind the couch, you'll see a six-top dining table with blue velvet chairs. From here, you'll also have access to our porch area.

When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three beds: ******** Our Primary bedroom has a Queen-size bed, dresser, closet, 40-inch Vizio Smart TV and en suite bath. ******** Our second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Queen-size bed on the bottom and a Twin-size bed on the top, a closet, a dresser, a 32-inch Vizio Smart TV and a nearby bath. Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‐in, and late check‐out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‐Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
