Other Things to Note: - NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for violations. - NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are permitted in the house. - DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for replacements. - LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Local guests must contact the host before booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without the possibility of a refund.

*PETS: Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior host approval. A $75 fee per pet applies, and breed restrictions may apply, aggressive dog breeds are strictly not allowed as per HOA regulations. Cats are not allowed. Pets must be kept off all furniture at all times and kenneled when left unattended. Please clean up after your pets. Additional fees may apply for excess pet hair, damage, or extra cleaning.

Good to Know: • All properties are contactless checkin. All check-ins begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Edits made to an earlier time do not override this policy. • Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited. • Local residents must message before booking. Non-inquiry local bookings may be canceled without refund. • If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day. • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations. • After booking, you may be asked to complete a rental agreement or provide additional details for Chady Property Management—just to ensure everything is set for your stay!
