Guests booking Non-Refundable Rates should inform Montargil Monte Novo of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking. Please note that it is allowed a maximum of 2 pets up to 15 kg, per reservation, per villa. Pets are only allowed in the Villas, not in the rooms. Payments in cash: • According to the Portuguese law, cash transactions are limited to a maximum of €3000 or its equivalent in foreign currency. When payment is done by individuals not residents in Portugal and not acting as entrepreneurs or merchants, the limit is €10 000. • For IRC taxpayers, as well as IRS taxpayers who have or must have organized accounting, payments of an amount equal to or greater than €1000, or its equivalent in foreign currency, must be made through a means of payment that allow the identification of the respective recipient. • Cash payment of taxes exceeding €500 is not allowed. During the check-in, the Montargil Monte Novo reserves the right to request a security deposit to guarantee the payment of any damage and/or loss of any equipment part of the villa inventory. The villa inventory, with the cost of each equipment, will be provided to the guest. At the time of the check-in, a security deposit will be requested. This security deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card. The amounts vary according to the type of accommodation: 2 (two) bedroom villa: 300,00€ (three hundred euros); 3 (three) bedroom villa: 400,00€ (four hundred euros): The amount of the deposit will be returned at the time of the check-out, after verifying that there are no damages.
