La Coccinella Residence ***

After 60 years, the La Coccinella hotel has transformed into a Residence.

The Michelotti-Galigani family will be happy to welcome old and new customers in this different adventure.

Please note that the beach service is available from the end of May to the end of September. Exact dates may vary depending on weather conditions.

Forget your car and enjoy a totally relaxing stay at the Coccinella Residence, located in a green residential area of ​​San Vincenzo, a few steps from its private beach, on the coast recognized with the Blue Flag.

Comfort and practicality were the subject of our choices.

Each apartment is equipped with: induction burners, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (capsules), 2 balconies, 2 TVs (living room and bedroom), independent air conditioning, paddle fans, safe.

Each apartment has a reserved car park inside the structure (only for guests of the residence).

There is a swimming pool, gazebo and coin-operated laundry room available.

This property is a self catering property.

La Coccinella Residence is close to the Rimigliano Natural Park, the Baratti-Populonia Archaeological Park, the Venturina Terme Spa and the production areas of great wines, such as Sassicaia and Ornellaia di Bolgheri.

You can spend a peaceful holiday lying by the pool or sunbathing on the beach where you will have umbrellas and sunbeds at your disposal.

Since 1964, the family business has also been concerned about the environment, having installed solar panels for the production of hot water since 1985.
