We have made a conscious decision *not* to offer a traditional hotel breakfast or daily room service; instead, a fully equipped communal kitchen is available to all guests (complete with a stove, microwave, refrigerator with available storage space, coffee machine, dishes, and cookware—please note: no oven). This allows you the flexibility to cater for yourself, whether for breakfast or dinner. A bakery, supermarket, and café are all within a few minutes' walk.

Thanks to free on-site parking and our convenient location, you can easily access both the Bad Tölz city center and the surrounding region.
