Unveiling the Hotel

The friendly Restaurant & Hotel Monopole Harderwijk is uniquely located on the boulevard of Harderwijk, next to the Wolderwijd lake. This small hotel offers free Wi-Fi.

All of Monopole's rooms have a private bathroom, a refrigerator and LCD TV and are quietly located at the back side of the property. They feature designer seating and also have tea/coffee making facilities. Most of the rooms also have a pretty view on the water.

The restaurant serves international cuisine with an emphasis on fish and meat dishes. There is a large terrace with views on the lake.

Breakfast Information: From 1 July, 2026, breakfast will be served daily in our restaurant from 10:00 AM. Guests departing before 10:00 AM can request a breakfast package in advance.

The city centre is a 5-minute walk around the corner and offers shops, restaurants, a cinema and museums. You can also visit the nearby Dolfinarium which is 350 metres away from Hotel Monopole. Wellness centre The Zwaluwhoeve is 15 minutes' drive from the hotel. Harderwijk Railway Station is 1.6 km away.

Das Zimmer liegt über dem Eingang einer Diskothek, die bis tief in die Nacht geöffnet war. Als ich dies am nächsten Morgen meldete, war die Antwort, dass dies 'manchmal vorkommt und manchmal nicht, aber man muss mit solchen Dingen rechnen, wenn man im Zentrum übernachtet'. Das Hotel ist eigentlich sehr schön, aber wegen der Lärmbelästigung würde ich dort nicht erneut übernachten wollen.
