Es ist kein Bed & Breakfast, und obwohl es sich in der sehr schwulenfreundlichen Region Lambertville/New Hope befindet, hat es nichts besonders Schwules an sich. Es ist ein schönes Hotel, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, warum es auf MisterBnB ist. Auch das Parken ist unzureichend, da das Hotel auch ein Konferenzzentrum betreibt. Nachdem ich einen Parkplatz dort gefunden hatte, habe ich mein Auto bis zur Abreise nicht mehr bewegt, aus Angst, ihn zu verlieren."

Todd·5·Juli. 2024· "I was greeted coming through the door by 2 employees who you could tell liked working at the Mansion. I had a problem with my card when they tried to process a ******** for my dog . I had already purchased the room through Misterbnb. The Gentleman who was seated at the desk had 2 ways he could have handled this situation I confronted him with .. say he was sorry and refuse me the room .. or have some compassion and understanding seeing I had to wait till next morning to call my bank and fix the problem .. he could have caused me to loose the price of the room which was no refundable .. and he would have been well within his rights . He not only seemed to understand my situation .. he came to me after he helped the next client .. and treated me like and old friend .. and showed me to my room . So , the only two employees I encountered were the 2 best brand ambassadors the mansion could have ever hoped for . I’ve been in customer service my entire 32 yrs .. and I’m here to tell you , customer service is still alive .. and these two were well seasoned .. and treated the mansion like it was still a residence. The room was great sized , well deco with antiques .. and the air conditioner in my room was performing like a champ. From the view , the amenities and the incredible staff .. do yourself a favor and give it a try . Thanks again to the staff at the Mansion for being so kind . I will stay with them again next time I pass through town . TF"
