"Ich verbrachte eine wunderbare Woche im Juli im Birdcage Resort. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtungen sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und serviceorientiert, besonders Ralph und Roland, aber Sie sollten die restliche Crew nicht vergessen, sie waren genauso freundlich. Fantastische Frühstücke. Sehr nah am Yumbo Center, aber immer noch in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ich hatte einen sehr schönen und entspannenden Aufenthalt und komme definitiv wieder."

Es war noch nicht wie das Zimmer auf der Website aktualisiert worden. Dies beeinträchtigte weder die Sauberkeit noch den Komfort. Nur ästhetisch müde. Satellitenschüssel und Fernseher waren nicht synchronisiert... aber das Personal war sehr responsiv."

"Great location! It is close to many places of interest in a walking distance and the infrastructure is very good and the staff, very friendly. It’s in a crowded area of the center but the acoustic insulation is very efficient. They also have an optional decent breakfast for a reasonable price and luggage storage service. What could be better: the light design in the shared dorms, for impolite guests can just turn all the lights on in the room with the flip of one switch at late hours waking the entire room up or disturbing people’s sleep when they turn the dorm into a lounge. Other hostels have managed to find solutions around that so I am sure the Generator also can. The internet connection could also be better. If you're hoping to do some work or calls in the hostel, the connection is not good enough and one of the conditions to use it is that they don't make themselves responsible for it's conditions... so it's all on you. Other than that, great! Online checking didn't work properly. There was an error in the page so you cannot see the house rules because the reception is full and you won't have time to read it."
