A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID, and verification selfie are required prior to arrival. This is mandatory. No in-person verification. No refunds for non-compliance. PLEASE NOTE: For your safety, please be aware that the pool, spa, and pool deck are closed from dusk to dawn. A sign above the entry gate will read POOL CLOSED when the area is off-limits. If the sign is lit, the pool is closed, and guests should not enter. Anyone inside during closed hours will be asked to leave.

PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot ******** anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.

✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
