Welcome to this newly renovated apartment, located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the center of Offenburg, right in the heart of the Black Forest. Small but cozy and comfortable, the apartment offers an ideal combination of calm, functionality, and excellent connectivity—perfect for leisure travelers, professionals, and longer stays alike.

Guests will have their own private bedroom featuring a comfortable king-size bed, an office desk ideal for remote work, a sofa, a TV for streaming media, and ample storage space for clothes, luggage, and personal belongings. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fans, providing welcome comfort during warm summer days and nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped and available for light cooking. The bathroom features an excellent rain shower for a relaxing start or end to your day. Fresh towels are provided for your stay.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, making it easy to work remotely or stream media during your stay.

When I am in town, I will sleep on the living-room couch; otherwise, guests will have the entire apartment to themselves for the duration of their stay. Privacy, cleanliness, and a quiet atmosphere are always ensured. The apartment is located one floor above the ground floor and is strictly non-smoking.

The location is a major highlight: Offenburg’s main train station is just a 12-minute walk away. Strasbourg, Europa-Park, Baden-Baden, and numerous Black Forest destinations are easily accessible by train or car. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and bars are all within short walking distance.

For guests arriving by car, a designated parking space in the underground garage is available free of charge. A minimum stay of two nights is required.
