* Please note that the single bed in the common spaces is a folding bed. Might be small for an adult. You have exclusive access to the upper unit, including front yard, and everyplace you seen in the pictures. You could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, you don't have access to the back yard where is the entrance for the lower unit.

Quiet hour after 9pm. *. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500. *.
