Artists Condo GAME ROOM Patio near UC Med Center

Our home is only 10 minutes from minutes from downtown Sacramento. It’s very close to shops, local breweries, the Golden 1 Center, Sacramento State University and major highways. The UC Davis Med Center is within walking distance. This is an eclectically decorated 2 story condo filled with art from local artists. This 2 story condo includes a private outdoor porch area, covered parking on site and an always fun game room complete with arcades and Super ********do nostalgia. Your booking actually helps real artists within the community! Their art is featured in the house and also available for purchase :) Tahoe Park is an established, safe and quiet neighborhood. The residents are easy going. The house itself is about a 5 minute drive from the always fun broadway triangle (in Oak Park); an area with great shops, breweries, and a kick ass bookstore. I love the Plant Foundry (nursery and garden) and i think you might, too. If you get the chance, try the city's newest form of transit - electric bike sharing! JUMP Bikes are becoming more and more popular in the area and are a really fun way to get around. Of course Uber and Lyft are everywhere too!

Public transportation runs up and down the main cross street (Broadway); although I'm not the best with navigating the routes. Midtown is a 8 minute car ride away. Please note that the Condo has two parking spaces #******** which are next to one another. Free street parking is also available!
