Please note this property has a video doorbell by the front door and security cameras above the side path and back patio for safety and security of the property, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).

Please note that before your booking checkin date, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a ******** (a £6 non-refundable admin fee applies) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver for £35. Guests are required to complete an ******** via our partner ChargeAutomation, which includes ID and selfie verification.
