Getting around is easy: the house is conveniently located within walking distance of major bus routes and Langworthy Metrolink Tram station, providing quick access to Manchester city centre and surrounding areas. For those arriving by car, free street parking is available. The property is a short journey from key destinations, including the Manchester Arena, the Trafford Centre, and both Manchester and Salford Universities. Travel times: Manchester city centre: approximately 15 minutes by public transport; Manchester Airport (MAN): approximately 30-45 minutes by car or public transport. This property has a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels) - and detects any Cigarette smoke, including specifically identifying Marijuana smoke.

Important: Guests are required to complete an ******** via our partner Enso Connect, which includes ID and selfie verification.
