While the home is not located directly on the water, guests enjoy private access to the nearby canal, including a dock, fire pit, and furnished deck — all for your exclusive use during your stay. Canal Side Cottage is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just off the canal near Seneca Lake. Just a 5-min walk to exclusive guest-only canal access with a private dock, fire pit, grill, and seating. While the area feels peaceful and private, you're just minutes from restaurants, wineries, marinas, a steakhouse, state park, and more. ⚠ Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as required by local ordinance. A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available. ➡ Please note the canal access is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive away and is for guest use only. It is not shared with any other neighbors ➡ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge.
