The Loft is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment set over two floors. Note access is via narrow, steep/spiral stairs. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by a flight of stairs.

The first floor is spacious and open plan it has exposed brick and original features. The living room has comfortable sofas, freeview TV and netflix access.

The fully fitted kitchen boasts a large sociable breakfast bar that is perfect for entertaining or for getting some work done. A utility area houses the washing machine and leads onto the terrace.

The outside terrace gets a lot of sunshine in summer and is equipped with lounging furniture and a small table for that morning coffee al fresco!

Two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom (with bath) are located on the second floor - accessed by a narrow spiral staircase (very large items of luggage may have to be left downstairs). Luxury DuvetHog bedding and soft fluffy towels are provided.

Join us for a complimentary drink in the bar downstairs once you have settled in! Guests can access the whole 2 floor apartment including the private terrace area! The Ropewalks area is right in the city centre. it is the area betwen the shopping hub of Liverpool One and the Anglican Cathedral so is perfectly situated to enjoy the best of the city. There are great bars and restaurants on Berry Street itself and Bold Street. Liverpool's 'Restaurant Street", is a 2 minutes walk away. The royal Albert Dock and the waterfront are only a 10 minute walk. The street outside the apartment has excellent bus links for exploring further afield. The bar below the apartment has operated as Berry and Rye, Liverpool's best hidden speakeasy cocktail bar, for 15 years! It is a quiet bar but is still a bar and may have associated noise. It has great live blues and jazz but it doesn't have a sign and it has been known, on occasion, that customers have mistakenly knocked on the apartment door rather than the bar. It hasn't disturbed other guests but it is worth noting.
