Flooded with natural light, this home is ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Sydney. Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. The apartment is on the second floor. There isn't a lift but just 2 flights of stairs.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) Cremorne Point is one of Sydney’s most picturesque harbourside suburbs. Right across the road, start your scenic walk along the Cremorne Point Reserve — a stunning harbourside track with panoramic water views. Continue the walk to Mosman Bay and enjoy a meal or drink at the iconic Mosman Rowers. Ferry: Just a 10-minute walk to the Cremorne Point ferry (currently under repair, check ahead for updates).

Bus: Bus stop directly outside the building with routes to Neutral Bay, North Sydney, and the CBD.

Walking: A short walk to Spofforth Street cafés, restaurants, and local shops. Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
