The backyard is split into a left and right side. The left side is the backyard of the home. The landscape is finished with outdoor chairs and area for the dogs to roam. Baggies to pick up after your pets are also available at the house :) Thank you for picking up after your pets.

The right side of the backyard is an RV which is also an ********. They have their own entrance and would not ever been on your side of the property. Centrally located near Downtown Tampa, Raymond James Stadium, and Tampa International Airport, this home offers easy access to beaches, dining, shopping, and attractions—free parking on-site and rideshares readily available.

A car is recommended for exploring the area, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Free parking is available on-site for your convenience. 🚮Tuesdays and Fridays they load at 7 AM, guests need to bring it to the road for pickup.

PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot ******** anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.

✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
