Leaving a scent behind guarantees a poor experience for the next guest, and guarantees that you will be charged $300 for odor removal. • no minors near the fire pit unattended. • do not cook food (hotdogs, marshmallows, etc.) of any kind over the fire pit. The drippings will ruin it. • no children in the hammock unattended. Hammock weight limit is 250 lbs, so one adult at a time, please. • do not leave children unattended in bathtub. • If you’ve brought a pet, just be sure to clean up after them so that other guests don’t find surprises in the yard. There is a water bowl and food bowls in the cabinet under the kitchen island if you need.
