The other half of the house will be vacant but inaccessible. Our home sits right on the water, with a view of the Gulf. With SEVERAL balconies, you can spot DOLPHINS & enjoy sunsets from throughout the house. There will never be a lack of activities with a large pool (not heated), HOT TUB, fire pit, game room & boat dock! Note, a digitally signed rental agreement, legal ID, and verification selfie are required to complete every booking.

Please note: The hot tub is currently not operational. All other amenities, including the pool, fully function and are available for your stay. Guests have access to half of the home. The other half will be locked off (the walkway will be enclosed by a bookshelf). This will not impact your stay - the other home will be entirely vacant and unbookable. The reason we do this is more groups want a 4 bed (and the price of it) than 6 beds, that's all! The neighborhood is residential. It's quiet and very safe. You're super close to beaches, downtown, stores, etc. You can walk to the nearby park and pinellas trail. For the beach and downtown, it's a quick drive or uber. ⚠ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot ******** anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.

✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
