Stand alone building is located on a quiet street with its own private entrance and driveway. 20 ft ceilings in the living room and a 10 ft wide picture window make the space feel even bigger than it really is. Other windows throughout the space make it feel bright and airy. The Bungalow is fully furnished with modern but comfortable furniture, a king size bed, and everything else you need to enjoy your time here...so all you need to bring is what you want to wear. Handicap friendly/one level, Amazon Alexa enabled lighting, full size new washer/dryer located in the unit. All costs to include electric, water, sewer, internet and cable TV are included. Minimum 90 day rental due to local Dunedin ordinances.

Hey there, I just moved to Florida in 2021 from a small town in southern Georgia. I retired from the Air Force in 2019 and decided that I wanted to move to a location closer to the beach, and warmer all year around!
