IMPORTANT REMINDER : There may be occasional noise from the street and the pub downstairs especially on weekends. Additionally, there is ongoing renovation work within the building, so some intermittent noise can be expected. Our rates have been adjusted accordingly while the building works are ongoing between Mondays to Fridays from 7AM - 5PM No building works on weekends Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Central Station is just a 7-minute walk, making it easy to get anywhere in Sydney Public transport, shops, and essentials are all right around the corner Walking is often the fastest way to explore the area Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
