Hotel Regina Montmartre

Do not book this hotel ever. Not gay friendly at all and people that work in this place don’t even know what mister B&B is. I was put in a room that was not the one that I paid for as it was showing in my booking. I checked me in last Wednesday. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire 5 days. The heater the same issue. I was put in a small room when I should be in à family room. The simple things are not working in the room. Electric sockets, hair blower and the phone to call reception. I complained about it to the receptionist and the manager. Even tho in my booking I had a information I would have a bath. When I spoke to the manager on the phone he said that it was a bad translation for French to English as bath in French means shower (according to him). He just changed our room because the heater was not working and he said that it would be the only reason. He sent one of his staff to check if the heater was not working and then we got changed as it was not. Adding to that the hotel was not gay friendly at all. The people that actually stay there is not the type of people that accept it easily as I was with my partner and we had to face strange faces looking at us when we were hugging each other. In fact the manager didn’t know what mister B&B was. According to your support since I did a complaint, it was there from a third party app and it’s not related to you. When I complained to mister B&B support I was informed the same information above and even to call booking.com to fix it rather than miser B&B. (What??) They mentioned they had breakfast for 9 euros . That’s another untruth. There is bo breakfast provided by them. I was asked to pay for the room again at the reception once I was already discounted by your app on my card but this got sorted later after having a conversation with the receptionist. The only good thing about this place is the location. Good luck if you guys book it.
