Please note that if the flat is available, we automatically accept bookings from travelers who will arrive at the flat less than 14 days after the reservation. Other bookings with long period before the arrival are possible, with transfer deposit of 150 €. This deposit is refundable in cash at the departure of the flat.

The district Palota (meaning "The Palace" in Hungarian) traditionally the National Museum, universities, antique dealers, book dealers used in recent years has found a new lease of life: Streets redone, restored buildings, pedestrian area, it has become a trendy place and design for fashion designers of all kinds. The Krudi Gyula street, three minutes from the apartment is full of pubs, cafes, restaurant and small shops. The main line that bypasses the city center is within walking distance of the apartment, Corvin negyed metro (line to the airport) at one minute, as well as the Museum of Decorative Arts and the large shopping center nearby Corvin Center. Entring in the Building, a typical and beautiful entry awaits you, followed by a master staircase and a lift. In the fourth and last floor a poetic corridor leads to the apartment which has been completely renovated in "loft" style in 2013. After the entrance You will find straight on a large hall with a mezzanine, and to the right on the main Bedroom. Near by the bedroom You will find the shower room and the separate toilet. After a nice hallway is a large 53m2 living room with American ******** flat is a French photographer secondary residence, and has therefore been renovated and decorated with artistic and original taste . The impressive volumes with a ceiling of 3 ,80 meters height combines unexpected furnishings and comfortable furniture. Bed, sofa bed, wardrobe and table have been selected from antique shops of the district area.

You can duplicate the contents of your mobile device on the big TV screen, quickly and easily. Just open the settings on your mobile device, select Screen Mirroring and choose "Samsung TV" on which to project the contents of your device. On some smartphones you will (maybe) need to download the free app "Chromecast" ..
The master Bedroom: Bright and quiet. two windows overlooking the two courtyards. Bed 160 cm,with new bedding. 1 wardrobe.

ADSL high speed Wi Fi 5 megabytes You will be received, most of the time, by Philip, a friend of the owner whose apartment is five minutes away from this one. Philippe ,French Photographer also, loves Budapest and lives there from decades. He will be happy to welcome you and give you all the help and advices you may need. If you come by car, you can park 2 minutes walk from the apartment in an outdoor closed parking, guarded round the clock which costs around EUR 3.50 per 24 hours.
The apartment is non-smoking. But Smokers are welcome, and invited to sit back on the walkway for smoking. They can even put one or two chairs for comfort. (Just remember to put back the chairs in the apartment after the "cigarette time" ).
PS: We are "flexible" about your time of arrival and departure. This means We will do our best and WHEN IT IS POSSIBLE, that you could arrive early in the morning, or late at night . When you want to leave later in the afternoon, we can organize that you can let your luggages in the flat, until the next guest Arrival. It will be possible when your wish will not confront the wish of a previous or next guest. In these cases,We will do our best to manage the best for both parts. In high season period, we will keep the right to ask you to arrive not earlier than 1:00Pm and leave not later than 11:00 Am. Please ask us before booking for an early arrival or a late departure. Please note that there is a 10 euro extra charge for late arrivals after 9:00 PM, and 15 euro extra charge for late arrivals after 12:00 PM
We ask you to respect the tranquility of the building, and meet neighbors. Speaking in a low voice on the hallway at night, and do not put music too loud, especially if you leave the windows and the door open.
Be gentle with the furniture. (eg, closing the sofa so wild could damage the mechanism.)
  Do not throw anything in the toilet! (use the bin provided for this purpose) evacuations former Hungarian properties are small diameter
The dishes must be done by the guests, the plates and utensils as well dried and stored for the next guests.
