Moël·5·Jun. 2026· "We arrived before the season started and the accommodation wasn't quite ready. Giorgi compensated us with an extra night. Contact was straightforward, no wait times. The house was somewhat difficult to find because the streets are barely signposted and Kaprovani is very rural. Short walking distance to the black sand beach. Twenty minutes to the Dendrological Park."

Colourful Tbilisi - a great experience!

Oliver·5·Mar. 2026· "I didn't know too much before I came the first time to Tiblisi. Getting to the apartment after a night flight from Istanbul was so nice. Huge bedroom, huge livingroom, kitchen, nice bathroom plus an extra bedroom. All nice furnished, old and new. Decorated in a very personal style. In a very beautiful neighborhood. All these cute old houses. Pedestrian zone. With lots of restaurants, cafés and shops. Nothing to be missed. Nodar invited me for a coffee later to his place. So sitting with him on his absolutely fantastic patio with a incredible view onto the city was just perfect. Later with some drinks. Nodar is such a lovely guy. So nice, attentive, helpful, quick in answering, easy going, absolutely funny and full of humour. I felt really good with his company. Great guy. I met him a couple of times for a drink during my stay. Really appreciated that. I'm more than sure to come back to Tiblisi, soon.👍 So no question where to stay: with Nodar!😁 All the best for him!"

Extremely clean. Very comfortable bed. Efficient air conditioning. Perfect communication with the host, who gave me countless tips on the city's clubs, allowing me to have a fantastic experience of the underground/techno scene. Luarsab is incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended."

The location is great, near the beach and in walking distance of good restaurants, malls and the city centre. The balcony provides an amazing sea view. Olga is a great host, she will promptly reply to any message and is ready to sort out any issues you might walk into."
