"The apartment's location is excellent - there is no more convenient location for the visitor to Berlin than the Mitte district. The apartment was a 10 minute walk to Alexanderplatz, which virtually all public transportation serves. We were however disappointed that we never heard from the owner Sascha after we arrived, and only had contact with Sascha's father via ********, plus actual human contact with his brother's girlfriend when she came in to install a new washing machine -- which worked perfectly. The cleaning lady also never appeared, though that was not really critical. We were hoping the Mr. B&B experience would be more personal than a hotel stay, but in fact this was more impersonal. The apartment was completely supplied and was very quiet when all windows were kept shut."
