Comfortable bed, small kitchen, but lacking of cuttlery and stuff to cook.
Photos are not accurate, this room has no bathtub. I think the descriptions of the rooms are mixed... But the room is nice"

Marc·4·Jun. 2022· "Overall, it was a very comfortable stay in a nice room with a large balcony (studio flat) overlooking the sea and the Old Town far below. The hostess/manager, Yelena, is friendly and very helpful if you have any questions or needs. But be warned: this guest house is located atop a very steep hill which you either need to walk up in about 25-30 min. (following the zig-zag turns all the way up) or take a taxi if you cannot handle the steep walk up or are just too tired at the end of the day. The advantage is that the view is wonderful from the balcony!
The room should have a coffee-maker (i.e. even just an inexpensive cone filter to put over a cup), but there is only an electric kettle. The fridge and stove cookers work well.
Unfortunately, there is also some construction noise at times from the new building being built right next door which can make the balcony not so pleasant to sit on. At least, with the balcony doors shut in the morning, one does not hear much noise. The manager's dog needs to be controlled a bit more, too, as it barks very loudly and frequently on the front terrace at ground level just below the guest rooms. It is cute but really needs some training!
But again, if you don't mind some noise and the steep walk up to this guest house, the view is amazing. The bed was also very comfortable."

Sebastian·4·Jul. 2026· "It has the basics for a short stay. Good air conditioning, spacious, TV, walkable distance from the terminal or city center. I arrived and there were 3 public holidays with absolutely nothing open. The host gave me some milk for coffee. According to Montenegro's laws, you need to go to Budva to register (1.5-2 hours by bus) and pay a fee of 1 EUR per day. Hotels handle this procedure, but in the case of apartments you have to do it yourself. Failing to do so can cause problems with the police or at the border."

Matias·5·Sep. 2026· "Apartment super well located, 7 minutes from the Old Town, very clean, and equipped with everything needed for a great stay. The bed is super comfortable with lots of pillows, and the A/C works perfectly. From the inner balcony, you can see the sea. The outdoor balcony shown in the photos is on the ground floor facing the street, but the little inner balcony made my evenings! Large closets are available, as well as a washing machine, drying rack, iron... I truly felt at home. There were two bottles of water in the fridge, and with the heat, they were very welcome!
The bathroom is spacious, and the shower is great with very good water pressure.
Igor was super nice, he even took me to do the necessary administrative paperwork for my stay in Montenegro. I highly recommend this apartment. Thanks, Igor!"

Ritesh·5·Jun. 2026· "Tucked away behind a busy road, really comfortable little apartment that is an easy 5 minute walk to the old town, but with conveniences of being right opposite the bus station and a petrol station - so buying snacks, drinks is very easy. Local car hire providers are also very conveniently adjacent to the property. Great host and great value for money. Easy walk also to some free public beaches that aren't very busy. Easy to enjoy Kotor without feeling swamped by tourists and cruise ship crowds."
