The communication with Christiano was optimal, before and during our stay. He is a thoughtful and attentive host. The room is not particularly large, but since we were out all day, we only slept there. However, it's worth recommending earplugs, as the street is heavily trafficked and it's also quite noisy at night."

"The apartment is truly lovely and accurately described in the listing. Jorge greeted us with a glass of port wine and a big bowl of fresh fruit for our stay, and spent plenty of time with us going over sights, restaurants, and bars in Porto, which he hand-annotated on a map provided to us. He made us feel very welcome. The apartment is on two levels with the bedroom up a flight of steps--just have to be a little careful not to bump your head in certain places. The bed is very comfortable, as are all the furnishings. There are two bathrooms, one on each level--each very nicely fitted out with a nice shower. The kitchen is very modern and well-designed and -equipped. And the sitting room is quite comfortable with large windows that open onto lovely views. The immediate neighborhood is quiet and attractive with little car traffic, but has lots to offer as far as restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, etc. We highly recommend it!"

"Everything was perfect. Great kindness from our host. A bit noisy in the morning because there's a café where fishermen meet but nothing serious. The rooftop terrace is great for breakfast and evening aperitifs. Great location in this wonderful city. Close to the dock for Tavira island and 10 minutes from trains and buses if you explore the region. We will return."

"Hugo's apartment is located close to the metro line coming from the airport, which was convenient. His accommodation is super clean with everything you need. It's a bit away from the historic center, but there are plenty of scooters and a large bike path right below the apartment that goes to the center in 10 minutes. Hugo was responsive during my stay when I needed information. Thank you to him!"
