"We felt at home right away in this lovely apartment, it's spacious and very well equipped. The flat is located in a residential area where it's very quiet and peaceful, it's right at the beach yet in walking distance of the famous Strip and the old city center. The living room and terrace have a fantastic view. There's plenty of safe parking space just in front of the building in case you come with a (rental) car. The owner is very nice and friendly. We'd definitely recommend this place."

"Cryo is a nice host. He checks in often and has good tips on the city. Since I was there for the holidays, he even welcomed me with a small gift! The breakfast provided was great to start my day. Bed was very soft (if you like soft mattress). If you come during the winter, dress warm for inside."

"Lovely apartment. Romi was a pleasure to work with. The lift doesn't work, so it was quite a climb with a heavy suitcase. Apartment door is not numbered so it was hard to identify. It is NOT the apartment with the "Not an Air BandB" sign: It's one flight above that one... A word to Americans: Inexplicably, the first floor in many European buildings is NOT called the first floor -- it's called the 0 floor. so the "4th Floor" is really 5 flights up."

I really liked the location, outside the city center but within walking distance and good access to public transportation. It is also rather quiet. Note that there is an extra city tax to be paid directly in ******** to the landlord."
