Ian·5·Sep. 2025· "I had the most amazing weekend staying with John and Jumble (the most adorable and gorgeous black Labrador) in Whitby. John's house is absolutely stunning, beautifully kept, calm, and relaxing, with every little detail thought through to make the stay perfect. It was lovely to catch up with John over a glass of wine, and he went above and beyond throughout my stay. Even ferrying me into town, bringing my luggage to the station, and making me feel completely at ease. The walk into town is a little stroll, which I enjoyed a few times, but John's kindness in offering lifts made everything so easy. From the very start it felt as if I was staying with a friend I'd known for years. The place was peaceful, comfortable, and just beautiful in every way. I can't recommend it enough and I'm already looking forward to returning."
