Sauna Backboys

Sauna Backboys is the only gay sauna in Quebec City, a sprawling, recently renovated four-floor bathhouse in the Saint-Roch district that has served the local community for more than two decades. It offers dry and wet saunas, a steam room, a whirlpool, secure lockers, and single- or double-private rooms, plus showers on two floors, a video lounge, a fireplace-warmed main floor with a snack bar, an upstairs labyrinth, and a darkroom. Clean, friendly, and open around the clock, it draws a mixed crowd from their twenties to fifties and runs themed events through the week, making it a dependable, welcoming stop in the heart of the old capital.
