Dirty Lemon

Dirty Lemon is one of Paris's chicest queer cocktail bars, a warm, design-led spot just off the Marais in the 11th, created by British-Palestinian chef Ruba Khoury to give queer women and the wider LGBTQ+ community the inclusive, good-food, good-drink bar she felt the city lacked. Stone walls, pale pink and copper accents, and jars of homemade cordials set the scene for inventive, produce-driven cocktails named La Tomboy and Hot Mama, alongside Mediterranean-leaning small plates, falafel, hummus, za'atar focaccia, and weekend brunch. Relaxed and stylish with a deliberately flag-free aesthetic, its only house rules are kindness and respect, drawing a mixed, women-forward crowd for drinks or a full meal.
