VendrediX

VendrediX is a Paris institution, a hugely popular free LGBTQ+ after-work party that draws a big, friendly, all-welcome crowd of gay guys and their friends every Friday to unwind, socialize, and dance to guest DJs after the workweek. Its summer flagship, VendrediX sur Seine, is the one not to miss: a giant open-air after-work on the Seine riverbank in the heart of the city, free to enter, so massive and beloved (2,000-plus revelers on a good night) that the team only half-jokingly bills it as the biggest gay bar in the world. When it's not on the river, it sets up on Place de la République at the Fluctuat Nec Mergitur café-bar. Festive, artistic and unpretentious, VendrediX scales up once a month into the multi-room extravaganza VendrediXXL at La Bellevilloise. Check their socials for this Friday's location.
