Metro Beach is located north of Tarnos, on the border between the Landes and the Atlantic Pyrenees at the mouth of the Adour River. Naturalism has been practiced and accepted there since the 1980s, and naturalists have taken the habit of meeting and gathering on the north side of the beach, behind the bunkers, towards the beach of Ondres. The beach is very preserved, quiet, lined with pine trees, isolated and welcoming. Swimming is forbidden and very dangerous. This gay beach has a free parking lot, at the end of the avenue Julian Grimau. Métro beach is a gay cruising spot in Tarnos, France.
