Way more than Paradise or Super Paradise, Elia is Mykono gay beach. You can access it by boat (pick up at Platis Yialos beach) or bus from Mykonos Town (25 minutes). Gays are to your right (looking at the sea). Part of Elia Beach is clothing optional. If you are too warm, you can continue to the cruisy area to the extreme right to "freshen up."
