HuTong is one of Hong Kong's best-known gay saunas, a 24-hour venue tucked into the Kar Wong Building in busy Mong Kok — look for the Fife Street entrance behind the lighting shop, as there's no sign. Inside you'll find a cedar sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, open showers, a maze, private cabins and hourly suite rooms, with color-coded key rings used to signal what you're after.

Soda Sauna is a clean, central gay bathhouse in the heart of Causeway Bay, a smartly renovated spot (formerly Action Sauna) that's an easy walk from the MTR. Compact but well-kept, it offers a dry sauna and steam room, private cabins, a large dark maze, an S&M room with a sling, tanning booths, and a cafe-snack bar with free drinks, fruit, and condoms.
