Trash & Chic

Trash & Chic is Venice's leading LGBTQ+ circuit party, a 20-plus-year institution that fills the gap left by the city's lack of permanent gay clubs. Running roughly monthly from late September through May, it delivers world-class DJs, big stage performances, outrageous drag and go-go dancers to a young, high-energy crowd, with standout special editions during Carnival, Halloween and New Year. Held at mainland venues around Mestre and nearby Padua rather than on the islands, it's the essential night out for gay Venice.
