HamMan is the only gay sauna in Panama City, a men-only spot in the Bella Vista area near the Lottery Building and metro, an easy reach from the Casco Viejo nightlife. Fairly compact but clean and modern, it offers a dry sauna, a Turkish steam bath, a gym, a steam-room maze, dark rooms, glory holes, VIP relaxation rooms, massage, and a bar. There's plenty of action, especially on weekend evenings, with a crowd that skews older midweek and younger on busy nights, plus naked-night events. Central and welcoming to visitors, it's the go-to for the city's sauna scene.
