Best place for sunset
Miradouro de Santa Catarina, 1200-401, Lisbon, Portugal
The main drawcard of Noobai is its rooftop-location, which offers panoramic views of Lisbon and the sea. Offering an inside room as well as three different outdoor terraces, you can find your ideal spot to sip a cocktail and people-watch. Food options are also abundant, with brunch, lunch, dinner, and light snacks on offer.
