Parrots Pub & Terrace

Parrots Pub is a Sitges institution, one of the town's oldest and best-loved gay bars, 30-plus years and still going strong, right on the corner of Plaça de la Indústria at the mouth of the gay strip. Its huge street-facing terrace is the single best people-watching spot in town, where everyone lands before or after the beach to nurse an excellent cocktail and watch the whole gay scene stroll by. Open from morning for breakfast and brunch through to the small hours, with pub food and tapas served by some of the sexiest, friendliest waiters around and rare-for-Sitges table service, it draws a genuinely mixed, all-ages crowd of locals and visitors.
