Heaven Sauna is the Bangkok sauna of choice for bears, mature men and their admirers, a friendly, no-attitude spot spread over two floors plus a rooftop in the Silom area, reached by elevator to the 4th floor behind a furniture shop. Facilities run to a dry sauna, a bar and restaurant downstairs, a small gym, private cabins and a dark cruising area upstairs, topped by a roof garden with an open-air jacuzzi, and there's even a karaoke room. Kept spotless and scented with essential oils, it draws a warm, mostly 40-plus crowd of Thais, expats, and visitors, and is owned by an English- and French-speaking owner. Affordable and welcoming, it's an easy, sociable place to relax and meet people.
