R3 Ratchada Sauna

R3 is a large, modern six-floor gay sauna in Bangkok's Ratchada-Phra Ram 9 business district, the main bathhouse outside the Silom cluster, and a short walk from Phra Ram 9 MRT. It offers a dry sauna, steam room, a hot-pool jacuzzi, a big gym, a leather bar, a dark maze, fantasy rooms, private cabins, a movie room, and a rooftop terrace, with free condoms and lube. It's best known for its themed nights, foam and "O" parties, Japanese underwear Wednesdays, and Naked Sundays, drawing a mostly local Thai and Chinese crowd in their 20s and 30s. Livelier and less touristy than the Silom saunas, it peaks from 7 pm on weekdays and 3 pm at weekends.
