anticore Spa is Plymouth's only gay sauna, perched on the top floor of a city-center building with a relaxed lounge bar whose windows look out across the city toward Cornwall. Its wet area centers on a 12-person Obeche-hardwood dry sauna and a 25-person steam room, one of the largest in any UK gay sauna, with a shared shower area, alongside a licensed bar, a cinema room, private cabins, a darkroom, a sling room, and glory holes. Welcoming men of all ages, shapes, and sizes, with naturism encouraged, it runs a busy events calendar, including Naked Mondays, blackout nights, and regular T-Girls & Admirers socials. As the only venue of its kind between Bournemouth and Bristol, it's a genuine regional destination for the far South West.
